Terms of Service

Effective May 29, 2026. These terms govern your use of the pressure-calibration.com website and the request-coordination service it provides.

1. Description of the Service

Premier Pressure Calibration Services (“Premier Pressure Calibration Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates pressure-calibration.com as a lead-generation and request-coordination service. Premier Pressure Calibration Services does not itself operate a calibration laboratory, hold laboratory accreditation, or perform calibration work. Instead, the service receives calibration requests submitted through this website and coordinates them with independent, third-party calibration providers that hold their own accreditations and perform the work under their own quality systems.

By submitting a request, you understand that any calibration, testing, certification, or related work will be carried out by one or more independent providers, and not by Premier Pressure Calibration Services.

2. Work Performed by Independent Accredited Providers

All calibration and measurement work referenced through this website is performed by independent providers that maintain their own ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (or equivalent), reference standards, and traceability to national measurement institutes. Premier Pressure Calibration Services is not a party to the technical work and does not supervise, certify, or guarantee the methods, equipment, personnel, or results of any provider.

Any certificate of calibration, report, or statement of conformity is issued by the performing provider under that provider’s accreditation and is the responsibility of that provider.

3. Provider Selection and No Warranty

Premier Pressure Calibration Services applies reasonable criteria when identifying providers to coordinate requests with, including accreditation status and service scope. However, Premier Pressure Calibration Services makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding any provider’s availability, accreditation scope, turnaround, pricing, workmanship, or fitness for a particular purpose. Reliance on any provider is at your own discretion and risk.

THE WEBSITE AND THE COORDINATION SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Quotes and Service Agreements

A quote returned through this service is an estimate prepared by or on behalf of a provider and does not constitute a binding contract until you and the performing provider enter into a separate service agreement. The terms of the calibration work itself — including scope, pricing, scheduling, shipping, and acceptance — are governed by the agreement between you and that provider. Premier Pressure Calibration Services is not a party to that agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the instruments and requirements you submit, including instrument type, range, accuracy needs, and any applicable regulatory or quality-system standards. You are responsible for verifying that any provider’s accreditation scope and methods meet your operational and compliance obligations before work begins. You are responsible for the safe packaging, shipment, and decontamination (where applicable) of any equipment sent for calibration.

6. Industry and Compliance Disclaimers

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute engineering, metrological, regulatory, or legal advice. Calibration intervals, acceptance criteria, and measurement-uncertainty requirements vary by application, instrument, and governing standard. You are solely responsible for determining the requirements applicable to your equipment and quality system.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Pressure Calibration Services and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or the coordination service, or to any work performed by a provider — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the aggregate liability of Premier Pressure Calibration Services exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premier Pressure Calibration Services and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the website, your submitted requests, your engagement with any provider, or your violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The website’s content, design, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Premier Pressure Calibration Services and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website’s content without prior written permission, except as permitted for ordinary personal or business use of the service.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; to interfere with the operation or security of the website; to harvest data; or to use the service for any purpose other than requesting and coordinating legitimate calibration work.

11. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Premier Pressure Calibration Services does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

12. Modifications

Premier Pressure Calibration Services may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
